To root your GT-I9300 with Android 4.3 firmware You should use "Root_GT-I9300_4.3.oct", (not "GT-I9300_Root.oct") from the Support Area from the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/".
To unlock your device please, do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (
Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Write "Root_GT-I9300_4.3.oct" file.
3. Connect the device and perform "Unlock" operation.
