Last Step is Flashing Phone Via "I9500XXUEMJ5" Firmware

1-All Dump Based on version 4.3 and Firmware "I9500XXUEMJ5_I9500ODDEMJ5_I9500DDUEMJ5_ODD"
2-All your data going to format(take backup if you need)
3-you lost own IMEI and You have to use "SUPER-IMEI" if you don't have EFS Backup Completely
this is problem am having now,

i have strange problem with my samsung gt n7100 and gt i9300 witch i repaired boot by gpg s-boot clip and flash with odin and flash efs, the phone is now working but i have strange problem, the phone keep on freezing and hang more often, if i press power for standby it takes long to come back.

and i think this is the problem

i think CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD should be NO because i have 2 set off same model witch CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: is NO and its working fine without any problem, is there anyway to reset the CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: to zero counter by isp or jtag? i have 4 pcs off i9300 and 1 n7100, plz help urgently
