When you download the file, unzip it on your PC and run the updater as follows

Insert 4 x AA Batteries (Full/New Preferably Duracell) into Uni-Clip (Clip Off)
Connect Update Cable to your PC and to Uni-Clip ensure there is a good connection at both ends.
Turn Clip On (One Light should be on)
Now run update 1.10.05 and select the correct com port for your PC
Once the correct com port has been selected click "read info"
The software should display your clips serial number beginning with the number 8
Now, click "Auto Update" The clip will take approximately 20 seconds to update.
If the status bar stops moving, please wait for about 20 or 30 seconds.
It should still update the clip and you will see a message confirming this.
Now the clip is updated, you need to conigure it for use with YOUR cables.
