Promises of updates and then...silence. When the client asks, these guys behave as if they are not obligated to answer questions on updates or even support questions. What is wrong here? is it that you can't deliver? well, say so and fold!!! i am obligated to my clients and if i can't do the job...i tell the customer, regardless of any embarrassment. Silence is not a definite answer!!!
