Hello,
Please make sure your phone is not locked to any specific carrier, you will get these problems if you are using a sim card that is not on the same carrier network as the phone is locked to. Also see if roaming is turned on, or if your sim allows roaming
Also make sure you have a working sim try it in another phone?
maybe try resetting network connections
After that if phone and sim are compatible there was a trick that i came across a little while ago, though cant remember fully, and cant find the info again, but it went something like this.
Turn phone off.
Start iTunes on pc.
with phone off hold home button and plug into pc.
keep holding home button until iTunes recognises it.
see if it working now?
after that if that didn't work while plugged in do a hard reset, but i don't think you need to do that.
Maybe some one can help on this fix for exact steps thanks ?
good luck
