install all the Spd android drivers first.
open android multi tools ver 1.02b
in that u will see 3 folders and other set up files.
open recovery and download folder
in that open recovery folder
click recovery icon.
now the mobile will enter recovery mode automatically.
remove the usb cable if u wish
now press (volume +) i,e (volume up) key to see the menu options
select wipe data or factory reset
finally press power key. thats it
