| Hello. Googling for help lead me here. I desperately need help with my Dell inspiron 14z. I bought it refurbished more than a year and half ago, and never had a problem with it till now. when i turn it on, it displays a black screen with the service tag (4QY6QT1) and asking for a system or administrator password.
I'm already freaking out since it's my main computer. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you
