I DID NORMAL RESET - NOT SOLVED
I DID 3845#*40# then look for factory reset. - BUT NOT SOLVED
I DID FLASHING - NOT SOLVED
I JUST REMOVE SCREEN GAURD PROBLEM SOLVED .
( IF THE PROXIMITY SENSOR DETECT ANY REFLACTION THEN TOUCH SCREEN IS DISABLED WHILE IN CALL )
CHEAK YOUR SENSOR NEAR SPEAKER WHOLE.
