read it, try to understand what has been written.
now, regarding pin/gmail lock, all can be done without any box on MTK phones.
all you need is latest SPFlashTool, with format options,
to format cache/user data area.
read my post before doing that, and
NEVER DO FULL FORMAT of phone !!! you have been warned !
formatting user area is not dangerous, but full format is dangerous
(can be fixed, too, but you will need one same working phone.)
p.s. regarding IDEA 918N .... somebody should read the backup (using my guide),
and pack it, and upload somewhere. With it, everybody can fix dead phones easily.
EDIT: HERE is flash file, try and post results.
