then I took out the emmc ic form the pcb reball it and resolded it on easy jtag adapter
and still same then I took one i9300 100% working phone and connected him directly to pcb and easy jtag connected to emmc so ther is only one Conclusion from my Experiment

Hi, have wrote many many many times that NOT all eMMc you can repair, only an 20% not are damaged. Clear this?, ok
You have need of to do all steps for Erase and write all partition in eMMc, if you not connect good eMMc point, wires and write exactly commands with steps you never can repair not only I9300 "no p.name" but anythinghs, please read good sticky threads and post HOW TO eMMc direct procedure,
