Unlock bootloader
Flash this Twrp recovery Download
here rename the file as recovery nd run the below given cmmd
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Download rom from
here * Copy the rom into flash drive * Go to recovery mode in your device , then plug in USB Flash drive with USB OTC and connect to your device OTG usb Image Below 
* Select Advance >> Mount USB OTG , select Install located to ROM in Flash drive * Then just flash ROM * Wait for moment until Successfully Done and reboot your device 
If yu face bootloop After flash the rom Extract boot.img from rom nd flash it via fastboot
cmmd: fastboot flash boot boot.img
