make this site pay access as user no r big make 1 yr fee less like rs-500/- or rs-1000/- per member 4 a year if user id+pass uses more than two ip address id will be block as most user not uses paypal so give them local indian bank a/c no to deposted the money in it. It will easy 4 indian user
