I have a 3310 with following problem: It runs to slow, I mean for example the ringtone, the clock and the whole software runs to slow! I already changed R301 and R529 to 1kOhm and desoldered L511, but this didnt solve my problem!

Can anyone help! I think it´s problem of 26 MHz Oscillator!
