Hard Reset LG LU6800 Optimus Big

First method:

1. Make sure, that your phone is off.
2. Press and hold Volume Down and Power button.
3. When LG logo will flash release keys.
4. Confirm process twice by pressing Power button.
5. Handset now should perform Master reset.
6. Done, you can work on your device.

Second method:

1. Power on the phone.
   
2. Next make sure, that you are in Home screen.
3. Then tap Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything.
4. Confirm your choice, and wait until your phone will reset and reboots.
