CERT = imei certificate = imei signature = imei key file.

Most of all 2014/2015 year samsung phone have new security regarding imei.
All phones out from factory with imei signature(key,cert) calculated in factory and stored in DB.

Qualcomm phones have more strong security and even not allow to read cert.
Exynos phones allow read/write cert.
SPD phones allow read/write cert.

Q>Why i need cert?
A>If phone EFS/NV(place in phone where stored imei/cert) erased/wiped, phone modem will not work correctly!!

Q>How i can check status of cert?
A>New phones have special code to check *#0011#

Certificates file format for duos or if you want write only SIM2(IMEI2) Cert:

G530H cert should be DUOS like:
