follow exactly the steps below:

Motorola drivers installed that comes with the device
activated the USB Debugging
plugged the phone to recognize and install all the drivers
I took the machine and put in fastboot
plugged again to recognize the drive flashtrap
restarted the machine
downloaded, unzipped and installed Attached File RSDLite
downloaded and unzipped the firmware retail

open the program and click the button that has three dots and selected the XML file that is inside the folder ROOM.
then turned on the machine by holding the volume (-) button and the off button (hold both at the same time) until he appears again the fastboot screen (it starts, stops and turns back).
then connected the phone to the PC by USB.
then clicked on the START button RSD.
took about 15 minutes. RAN !!!
