| 1/ check Find my iPhone enabled or not, u can find the answer in icloud.com/activationlock
2/ if Find my iPhone enabled, then u need password to remove iCloud activation lock.
3/ if u dont know the password, then u can buy a unlock service from main sale section which will cost u plenty $$$
