Howdy! I recently bought an Inspiron 7537 from a major eBay corporate liquidator (located in Burlingame, CA, with over 53k laptops sold!) for my daughter. Unforuntately they do not EVER collect or provide prior owner info and they 'forgot' to mention in the listing that there's an Admin password in the BIOS. Since I don't know the prior owner details, I can't transfer ownership to myself and then simply call Dell for the master PW. Can anyone here help? The system service tag is DCVT2Z1. I need to change the boot options to allow Legacy boot but am frozen out. At least there's no System password, so I can UEFI boot, but that's not useful in my situation. Thanks in advance!
