| If you are still having issue with the phone try this greenleafmn,
1. First turn off the device.
2. Then you will need to press and hold the Volume Down + Power button.
3. When you see the LG logo appears, while continue to hold the Volume Down key, release the Power button and press the POWER again.
4. When you see the recovery screen let go of all the buttons.
5. Select Yes from the Factory data reset screen. To navigate to the next item option, you can use the Volume Key Up / Down. To make a select press on the Power button.
6. Finally select Yes to start the reset process. |
