pls volcano team let us feel or at least experience the privillege of standalone vitool to use merapi pack...
how many days that we already bought for vitool but still we cannot enjoy merapi pack...
if Sir Faisal Computer telling that we should wait untill may 15 befor we can use it then at least temporarily let us use the merapi pack. i already downloaded the latest merapi tool but still we cannot use it for we always encounter user not found. how fortunate those who already use temporarily the merapi pack while in fact they only have the black volcano box. while here we are buying vitools cannot use or at least temporary to use merapi pack tool.
