it is combination of heat & time.
time is between 2 ~ 4 minutes. heat must up gradually.
u can "calibrate" in your tools & environment.
!!!!.over heat can damages the IC or PCB.!!!!
for safety, use or put temperature sensor beneath the PCB. for heat monitor.

check electronic component near the IC with tweezers.
