You can check your Box/Dongle Status via IOS:
- Login to IOS -
Infinity-Box - Online Service
- go to "Products" menu
- go to "Serial Number check & Maintenance"
- go to "Infinity-Box Products Serial Number check"
Enter your S/N and you will see your Box/Dongle status
