Error #57:
1. Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
2. Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
3. Download and install latest Infinity software from support area
4. Find in folder with CM2 or BEST software file fault.bin and attach this file to your e-mail
5. Confirm that operations 1. + 2. + 3. + 4.

Also please read my first post one more time.
You will see there:
- DO NOT update your Box/Dongle  with DongleManager without supporter confirmation otherwise your Dongle  will be locked for a several days !
You have attacked server every day so your account/ip is locked now for 3 days.

So now two actions requered from you:
1. post here confirmations for your steps
2. once you confirm that all stepd done - start to count 3 days and update dongle only after 3 days after confirmation posted here.
