Hello the thing is that my aunt want to make a 2 year contract om verizon for the new s7 edge and she gets another one free. She wants to send it for me in Romania from USA and i dont know if its lock or unlocked cause i want to use it here. I read on verizon policy that all 4g phone come unlocked can somebody help me please.
