try this:
1-Before unplug printer from computer, go to device manager,
right click on
each printer driver, choose "
uninstall" and in the next confirmation window, choose to
delete installed driver check box.
2-Unplug printer from windows 10 computer
3-Remove all printer software and drivers from programs and settings
4-install the linked program below and follow instructions.
