- Allowance to use Cyclone Box, Cyclone Key logo and trademark
- Ownership transfer of forum, domains, etc
- First in the world - Cyclone implemented and working Nokia MT6250 buffer overflow bug with loader, works also on latest phones
- Never-released Cyclone Nitro project: schematics, working and tested FPGA VHDL implementation, etc.
- Cyclone Box client application Windows Source codes (incl. unreleased update)
- Cyclone Server source code
- Cyclone Box Firmware source codes: Box, Reloaded, Key (Main Nokia App, Bootloader App, COM Emulator app)
- Cyclone Box Smartcard applet source code, with JCOP keys
- Cyclone Key schematics
- Databases (JCOP db, Box DB User DB, Mail DB)
- Internal tools: high-security remote Cyclone MCU programming utility, box management utility
- Nokia exploits source codes: Broadcom CPU, RAP4, RAPU, RAPIDO and all other CPUs. Implementation and theory should work on other TI TrustZone CPUs (motorola maybe?)
- Lot of commented disassembly material: Nokia TrustZone secure rom, firmwares, bootroms, and lot of other stuff
- Mailing SW for registered boxes

After finishing deal, server transfer window will be 12 months.
After this period, buyer will need to handle Cyclone Server and
SW update server (150-250k hits of ACTIVE users each month - documented with IP requests).
