0PCV - HTC Desire 510 (GSM/CDMA)

I have this in xtc2 tool support it says gsm/cdma but when I chec on site some say only cdma some say both.

please help me to unlock.

I don't knw procedure on how to unlock this phone.

please give me step by step procedurers I am new user..
