So at this moment as I'm making this post there is no known working FRP bypass for any device that's got the August 1 2016 security patches, oh well. Kind of a let down but I suppose there's someone out there working on finding an exploit to get around those latest patches. I just picked up a Galaxy S7 Active (clean from the previous owner, not stolen or lost) but of course he didn't understand he had to remove his own Google account from the phone before resetting it.

He just purchased an iPhone 7 Plus so he deleted his Google account a few days before I got the Active from him so even though he provided me with the login/password to do it myself, it won't work since Google refuses to accept the info for a now deleted account.

Guess I'll hang on to it for a while in the hopes that some very smart talented hacker out there is hard at work on a potential bypass for those August patches.
