If you are having a problem with your clip, please read this first, this guide will help you save your time and help us to assist your quicker.
Tools used in this guide:
Win32Disk imager to "repair filesystem" :

If you are getting this error, it means that there was a problem in communication with the clip.
Possible reasons:
- File system failure.
Solution: Repair filesystem(see above)
- Flex failure.
Solution: Replace flex:

If you have this error, you have to follow this procedure:
- Connect your XTC 2 Clip to PC
- Run XTC 2 Client (NOT Tool, Client, which is used for activation/registration)
- Click "Next"
- After this send me a PM or email with your clip ID.
Check keycard failed:
If you are getting this message when using Y-cable (for example with M7 phone), then first you have to try another Y-cable and
ANOTHER microSD reader (yes, even if this reader worked on another phone, still try another).
If you get this message with direct usage via microSD slot, please do this:
- Connect your XTC 2 Clip to PC
- Run XTC 2 Client (NOT Tool, Client, which is used for activation/registration)
- Click "Next"
- After this send me a PM or email with your clip ID.
Windows is asking to format my disk:
Possible problems are damaged flex and/or faulty microSD reader.
Solution: replace flex, change microSD reader and do filesystem repair.
I have formatted my clip in Windows:
Please use filesystem repair option, as windows format may not be good for many phones.
