| Use last version .. in your case soft not detect even phone .. install usb driver for your phone and power on phone than start soft ..choose correct Com port and select your model than Read code.. if you got message "Phone not supported", go to Panel Update choose methode 1 than methode 2 if not succed, and click Unlock this methode will unlock all supported or unsuported Nec 2G(it will take more time than direct by choosing model).
