| one question i want to ask that you said that the technician unpluged the battery for 10 mins. did he unplugged the battery in front of you or not. if yes than try to change the battery if no then he might have changed your battery. in both cases you just try to replace the battery. that might helpful to you. reply if you find it useful. |
