@Kwesi_Roy_GH Phone with simcards,indicates a New simcard inserted,NETWORK BARS ARE SEEN BUT NOT ACTIVE
IF you slide to see operator names,you will see EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY for BOTH SIMCARDS.
If you go to setting, sim management: all function are seen but not Active.
