I'll try to make a small video to show you, anyway it's all about experience.
And depends on which components you have to clean and what components are around.
I personally go for 220 degrees and air 30/40 on 100 (on ayoue system)

Then gently and slowly scrap the glue with the tip of a cutter.

Better to start, then stop and clean, and then start again.

You need time and especially patience. If you getting nervous better to have a break and continue after some time.
