Q.What is RBSoft?
A. RBSoft is a multi platform software Tool for MI Cloud removing, HTC Flashing, FRP removing, Hard reset, Diag Enable, BootLoader Unlock, IMEI repair, etc.

Q. What models and features are supported?
A. Beside Xiomi MI lock and hard reset,

Q. On how many PC can I use RBSoft?
A. One user can use RBSoft in 1 pc on which it is registered.

Q. Can I use RBSoft in other pc other than on which I registered?
A. Not for now but we are working on this, soon users will be able to use RBSoft on other pc as well.

Q. How many models supported?
A. Nearly all models supported with MIUI 8. If you find any problem or unsupported phone make new thread and post details with log/screenshot.

Q. How to put phone in EDL mode?
A. Few phones can be put into EDL mode by pressing both Volume keys and few with command- "Fastboot oem edl". While some newer phones need EDL cables.

Q. I forgot my password, how can I get/recover?
A. Contact your Reseller with details or post on forum with details. Purchased must be from one of the Official Resellers from list.

Q. RBSoft shows pack 1 not activated messgae.
A. Account still not activated, wait for sometime or contact team.
