You should re-connect battery and re-connect your device to PC before each connection operation, this is important, in opposite case - device can be not detected (found) by Software.
Please do the following:
1. Disconnect the device from PC, re-connect battery and connect it again directly to PC Motherboard USB port (don't use USB hubs) - "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" device should appears in PC Device Manager (if necessary, connect TP).
2. Press "Connect" button in Software. Wait while device will be detected or get message, that loader is not suitable for this device.
3. Post here full Software log with the Connect operation.
