As this old method became obsolete, Here is the All-In-One pack, for both TB2-X30F and TB2-X30L

Download: Lenovo_TB2-X30F-L_FRP_Remove_by_bRkA
(Download, install drivers and QPST, start QFIL and flash needed package)

TB2-X30F package is for version TB2-X30F_S000113_160816_ROW
TB2-X30L package is for version TB2-X30L_S000118_160831_ROW

If you have newer version on your device, remove next files from folder and then flash :

boot.img
emmc_appsboot.mbn
sbl1.mbn

If you want to preserve user data in device, remove next files from folder and then flash :

cache_1.img to cache_3.img
userdata_1.img to userdata_97.img

test and post results.
