the application keep crashing anytime I attempt to do a direct unlock. ive tried it on two different computers, both are windows 10 , one is 32bit and one is 64bit .. Samsung drivers are up to date .. so is adb. etc... soon as the phone starts to reboot the app crashes

any ideas?
