Try this First download quick shortcut maker.apk copy to the phone , open the keyboard, go to settings look for text to speech options,Google text to speech engine, click on the settings img, install voice data,open source license press and select one text...click on the lens look for file manager open and install the quickshortcut.apk open and find Google account manager,open the service and look where says error,open the service click on the 3 points menu and go to browser signing use your account and restart...is done
