What stencils do you use for reballing?
I have a some stencils from China and they deform when trying to reball something small (like baseband from iphone 6), and the paste goes under it, shorting everything.
This is happening even if I do press the stencil down on the chip.
Are the 0.2mm balls available for sale, a better solution instead of the solder paste? |
