Hello.
You use too old Software version. Please repeat "Repair Network" operation with the latest
Software version.
If problem will remain - please upload the following files to any file-sharing service:
1.
Security backup of the phone. You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation.
2.
*.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check what causes the problem.
