“Read Flash” option added for service use only. If you can’t find correct flash files for your device on support area but you have sample device with flash that you need, please read flash from it and send it to support person. This readed flash file will be tested by our high-qualified engineers and then it will be uploaded to support area. After this operation you will be able to use it for your device. Probably this is not so easy and fast way to get new flash files for end-user, but this procedure can save a lot of your money and avoid you to buy permanently damaged device after wrong flashing.
Please, be patient. Reading process can take a lot of time.
