| Just come across a trick that can enable the hidden administrator outside of Windows box. Hopefully this can help you get into admin account on your locked pc:
1. Boot from Windows install media. Press SHIFT + 10 when you reach the setup screen.
2. In the command prompt, type regedit, and then load the SAM registry hive.
3. Browse to the registry key: SAM\Domains\Account\Users\000001F4
4. Modify the F binary value by setting the byte at offset 0038 to 10.
5. Reboot and the hidden administrator will let you login.
