Thanks for your reply. I already changed the battery and disconnected all th unnecessary auxiliaries. nothing changed. My guess would be the NAND too, but at what temp. do you remove it? (another suggestion of one member was the processor?!)

So if I got you right, you are pulling off the NAND and after that you use 3u-tools? Does it work with the free version of 3u too? What exactly are you trying to achieve by rebooting after you removed the NAND? What is supposed to happen?
