| Should be able to erase nand chip, solder back on and restore iTunes, then after pull chip off add serial number solder back on and just turn it on...if u can't do that I think there is maybe measure/check components around nand and also check solder job...without nand restore will get 4013 I think that's normal but not entirely sure
