this phone can be unlocked but it has to be done via bruteforce method
this is a chargable service from atf as from dct3 to sl2 phones can be done by the box for free but sl3 phones have to be cracked via bruteforce
what you need to do is create a log file go to sl3 phone section and create the log file once you read the phone go to the sl3 section and create a log file now it should create a file on your harddrive in the atf/sl3 bruteforce folder (should be .sla or .log) file no more than 45kb space (should look like a notepad file) now with this file you need to send it to a service that does sl3 bruteforce unlock. atf have this service or try ebay and search for sl3 bruteforce once you found a service you like they will require the file and after a day or two they should send you the code to unlock the phone

sl3 phones cant be done just with atf or any other gsm software you need this service or create your own super computer but costs are large
