Hello.

As You can see on your Software log, You have not connected eMMC chip correctly or chip is damaged - it is not correct, that eMMC capacity (size) is only 1 GB (1024.00 MB), also Erase block, Boot1, Boot2 and RPMB sizes can't be zero:
Quote:
Page size : 512 B
Block size : 512 B
Block count : 2097152
Size : 1024.00 MB
Quote:
Revision 1.0 (for MMC v4.0)
Erase block size : 0 Kbytes
Boot1 size : 0 Kbytes
Boot2 size : 0 Kbytes
RPMB size : 0 Kbytes
Try to make each eMMC wire as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and connect the device again. Try to select lower Bus speed value and connect the device. Try to connect the device with 2.0V Voltage level. If the problem will still remain - most likely, eMMC chip has HW issue and should be replaced.

When eMMC will be connected correctly, try to do "Factory Repair" ("Factory Repair" tab in Software) using original firmware (Press «Repair devices based on Qualcomm CPU’s using XML files (*.xml)» button, elect «rawprogram0.xml» and «patch0.xml» files and write them).
