Another method is to make flash with a combination firmware version 5.1.1 like this:
COMBINATION_OLC_FA51_A510YDXU4BQC1_OLCFA51_A510YOL C4BQC1_CL7327698_QB13029755_REV00

This way you could degrade to version 5.1.1 and with that modem can unlock.
