Hi.

I have sent PM's to both julvir and allumts without response, so I am posting my issue here.

I submitted a request for an unlock code for a Lenovo A2020A40 consuming one credit. The supplied unlock code was 16 digits long. My customer claimed the device would only accept 8 digits, so I told my customer to enter only the first 8 digits. The customer claimed this failed. I then submitted a request for an unlock code for a Lenovo Vibe C using the same IMEI to see if the supplied unlock code would be different. This once again consumed one credit, but the supplied unlock code was the same.

I then requested my customer supply a video showing that the device will not accept a 16 digit code, and does not unlock using the first 8 digits. My customer has uploaded this video to YouTube, and I have already sent the link to julvir in a PM.

Could someone please provide a solution to this issue?
