1. MAKE FULL backup of your device via SPFT or some BOX.
1.1 Try reflashing your phone, to ROW version -
PB2-650M_S038_170228_ROW
archive pass: lenovo-forums.ru
If that works, you can continue - if not - do not proceed,
just return backup that you already made.
2. Unlock bootloader :
- enable developer menu / USB Debugging from phone settings
- with pc/usb cable, and adb, open cmd prompt, type :
adb reboot bootloader (enter), wait for reboot
fastboot oem unlock (enter), confirm unlock on phone
fastboot reboot (enter)
3. Flash boot.img with disabled security/encryption, from included archive
4. Flash TWRP recovery via bat file, from included archive,
and after flashing, install latest Super User binary from
HERE (ZIP - Recovery flashable)
TWRP + BOOT with disabled security/encryption As final precaution - be extremely carefull what you do with your phone.
If you, in any moment see the process as too complex and risky - simply don't do it.
Also - no one will take risks if you brick your phone.
