| That depends what part of the circuit you want to check. Some functions will only activate when the phone is "tunred on". As for the battery, whether it's at 20% or 100%, it will still output sufficient voltage and current for the phone to operate.
Whenever a phone is powered, you always have to be careful when probing with your multimeter as you can easily cause shorts between two adjacent components. |
